Steve Kane at the service desk and Gary the technician treated me with sympathy and respect. My vehicle and I were towed in after breaking down on I95. Even though the service department was busy, they looked at my outback in short order, explained and physically showed me the problem. They resolved my issue so that I could get back home safely. I appreciated that Gary spent time with me to show me the under belly of my car and pinpoint my problem and that he wrote a detailed explanation on the paperwork receipt. If I ever need service again in or near Fredericksburg, I will choose Sheehy again.

He was also very knowledgeable about Subaru's.We love the Forrester, and my family friend purchased the car for me and has bought many Subaru's from Earl in the past, we specifically went to Sheehy to see if Earl still worked there and was glad to see him and purchase a car from him again.

Zohaib was very helpful and knowledgeable about the Ascent. The buying process was made easier by him and I believe he got us the best deal available. (Even in this car market) He went above and beyond and made sure we got everything we were looking for in a vehicle and not just trying to sell me the most expensive one on the lot. Amanda in finance was also great. She made the process quick and easy. The two things that frustrate me (at every dealership) about buying cars is the fact that you never get the best deal unless you fight for it and all the extra coverages and special offers they try to sell you to “save money”. This was quite possibly the easiest and most enjoyable experience I've ever had financing a car. The staff was outstanding, from the moment I walked into the door until I left. I would recommend this place to everyone I know and Amanda (sales rep) was amazing.
Had been there a few weeks before the name change. Sales person we'd talked with was out on medical leave so worked with Amanda. She let us take a Crosstrek for a test drive and we really liked the car. With new cars in short supply she worked up a price based on a vehicle they had coming in in November. It had a few more options than we wanted but we felt like we'd rather pay a little more and get a car sooner. Everyone we talked with at the dealership made us feel comfortable with the process. Now we're just waiting for the car to come in.
Our sales associate Earl truly listened to what I wanted and selected the vehicle to test drive. Wow. He was spot on. When the vehicle came in we’re we less than 2 hrs from walk in to walk out including a training on all the bells and whistles. I took the vehicle back to have it specially treated and add in some lights on the interior. Their service people were excellent also. The young lady that was my service attendant took the time to go over everything. I even had a chance to meet and work with the parts manager as I wanted a few more items. He was excellent and helpful.
Ultimate offered the best price for the value by providing a prompt and courteous reply to my online inquiry for a specific vehicle. The online agent provided me with the exact information that I asked for without any run around. Because Of their prompt and direct response we were quickly able to come to an agreement and complete the deal. Once there, the salesperson was prepared for my arrival. We were able to quickly complete the deal with no delay. It was probably the best car buying experience I’ve ever had.
Megan at Ultimate Subaru is the BEST! This was my first car buying experience and she made everything very easy and made sure I knew all the ins and outs of my Forester before I left the lot. Despite it being in the middle of a chip shortage and a terrible time to buy a car, I feel like Megan helped me get a fair deal on my new Forester and she continued to check in on me to see how I was liking the car and kept me updated on when my plates and accessories would arrive after the fact. When disaster struck less than a month after getting the car (the biggest rock of all time flying into my windshield and cracking it) she personally recommended a trusted shop to fix it and helped me schedule the appointment. Can't say enough nice things about Megan and Ultimate Subaru!
Super happy with this dealership. Found my dream car online, used. Had all my stuff in order, and went to the dealership and was out of there in an hour and a half with my new car. Super easy process. Really nice sales people and finance people. I hate haggling and this dealership doesn't believe in haggling. The price of the car was more than fair. For all the bells and whistles that it had on it. Sam was fantastic, and helped me through the whole process.
